#youcantbeatme: 90 Day Ella’s Challenge to Transform my Body and my Style (Day 53)
Ok! It’s true: This challenge started to be a failure but i know something for sure. I will not stop until i will manage my goal. The first 53 days of my 90-day-challenge were a disaster but it’s ok. I want so bad to change my life, my habits, myself that i will insist even if some people in my life try their best to make me feel worse and worse and worse about myself. #youcantbeatme
The first 53 days of my challenge i tried to be strict but i managed exactly the opposite. I ate too many candies and sweets, i did zero aerobic (just a bit of dance) and i drunk tiny amount of water. I feel ashamed of my effort to control myself but it’s ok. Today is a new day and i tried more.
- I ate fruits for snack (it’s better that the toast i ate the previous days)
- I drank a little more water
- I practiced more on my dance class
PS. I decided to write for my challenge more often, hoping to gain more discipline. Stay tuned and share with me your fight to be a super fit person. Kisses xxx
